What should I do If I lose connection on my Trimlight phone app?

Hard Close the app, soft reset, and make sure the green or blue light is correct.

Connection failures may have multiple causes. If a connection failure happens during the initial setup of the controller to the network, please ensure the Wi-Fi network is correct, the Wi-Fi password is correct, and the signal strength of the network at the location of the Trimlight controller is strong. Also, it is also good practice to also reset your wifi router and possible modem in these scenarios to ensure that all devices are properly refreshed.
