Perform a soft reboot by disconnecting the power from the unit for 30 seconds before reconnecting the power.
First, try going to your phone's wifi settings and connecting to the WiFi-104 signal, then open the WiFi-104 app and hit search on top right corner. It should load the tic tac toe-looking grid, tap on that and you will get the color screen where you can turn on and run your lights (if you only see number one in the grid, tap the zone button on the right and turn on the toggle switch for number two).
If you can't connect or the grid is not pulling up you just need to reset the WiFi 104 box. Look for the gray tech box with a little black antenna on the side. Under the antenna are two little black buttons. Press and hold them both in for 8 seconds until you hear an audible beep.
Then wait for 2-3 minutes, open Wi-Fi settings, and connect to WiFi-104 signal, then open the WiFi 104 app and you should be able to connect. (May need to press the blue search button to bring up the grid)

The most common reason for connection issues is due to a power loss at the controller or the controller signal getting switched. You can contact your dealer for the fastest resolution to issues not addressed in the knowledge base.
