How do I add the "inside out" motion to my Trimlight Edge System?

To add an inside-out motion to a pattern in Trimlight Edge, begin by opening the app and locating the palette icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Tap the palette icon to open your available lighting patterns and color options. Browse through your saved patterns, then select the pattern you want to update. If you are creating a new pattern, choose your colors and design first before adding the motion.
Once your pattern is selected, locate the motions tab underneath the pattern options. Tap the motions tab to view the available animation effects. Scroll through the list and select “inside out.” This motion creates a dynamic effect that moves the light outward from the center, adding movement and visual interest to your display. Preview the pattern, if available, to confirm that the colors and motion look the way you want.
After selecting the inside-out motion, be sure to save your changes. Choose “Save As” if you want to create a new pattern while keeping the original version unchanged. Choose “Cover” if you want to replace the existing pattern with the updated version. Saving is an important step because the motion will not be permanently added to your pattern unless you confirm one of these options.
To remove the inside-out motion later, open the palette icon again and select the saved pattern. Return to the motions tab, then choose “Static” to display the pattern without movement, or select a different motion effect. Save the pattern again using “Save As” or “Cover” so the change is retained. If the motion does not appear correctly, confirm that the updated pattern was saved and selected for use.
