Why did connection fail on my Trimlight Wi-Fi 104 system?

First try going to your phone's wi-fi settings and connecting to the Wi-Fi 104 signal, then open Wi-Fi 104 app and hit search on top right corner.

We have found that customers' home internet provider sometimes sends updates to your modem/router or does soft resets to your system. If your Trimlight is connected to your home wifi this disconnects your system requiring you to reset your Trimlight system.


First, try going to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connecting to the WiFi-104 signal, then open the WiFi-104 app and hit search on top right corner. It should load the tic tac toe looking grid, tap on that and you will get the color screen where you can turn on and run your lights.

If the grid is not pulling up you just need to reset the WiFi 104 box. Look for the gray box with a little black antennae on the side. Under the antennae are two little black buttons. Press and hold them both in for 8 seconds until you hear an audible beep.Then wait 2-3 minutes, make sure your phone is on WiFi-104 signal, open WiFi 104 app and you should be able to connect.
